Horizontal Impact Crushers

A Horizontal Impact Crusher is used to crush large solids into smaller, uniformly sized pieces. It consists of a rotor attached to a horizontally rotating shaft and blowback bars. Solids fed into the crusher are flung against the hard blowback bars; this provides the forces necessary for crushing. Ultimate size is determined by the spacing between the blowback bars.
